VTG Frances Denney Interlude Dusting Powder 2 Oz Lot 4042 Brand New Old Stock. There is a piece of paper/cardboard like material that is holding the powder in the container. I did try to lift it to see if it had already been used and opened but could not get it opened without damaging. Appears to be sealed intact.
