A very fine powder that leaves a light and transparent smoothness on the skin. Prolonging the fragrance of OSCAR, this powder is delicately scented and presented in a beautiful outer case with a luxurious puff applicator. Available in a generous 5.2 oz. Oscar is the first perfume by Oscar de la Renta from 1977. This is a classic, floral, slightly sharp perfume of aromatic notes of lavender, rosemary and carnation, with sweet, powdery, musky base notes.

The top notes include orange blossom, basil, coriander, galbanum, peach and gardenia. The heart of this composition encompasses ylang-ylang, jasmine, tuberose, rose, rosemary, cyclamen, lavender and orchid. The base includes opoponax, carnation, patchouli, sandalwood, vetiver, lavender and amber. The perfume won FiFi Award in 1978.
