The box pre dates upc bar codes. Many feel that these vintage fragrances smell better and hold their scent longer that newer ones. I do not claim to know how somebody could verify that, but I can verify that this is truly vintage because it has been in my store for many years.

The box may have bit of shop wear, but the contents is pristine. You rarely see these unused, and even more rarely with the manufacturers box (and they are becoming even harder to find).
